Please join us for the 2006 Charles and Helen White Symposium on Monday, October 16.

The symposium will feature keynote speaker Barry West, Chief Technology Officer and President, 4G Mobile Broadband, Sprint Nextel, who will speak on "Innovation: Fueling a Communications Revolution."

West will be joined by Andrew J. Viterbi, co-founder, retired vice chairman and chief technical officer of QUALCOMM Incorporated, and Rajiv Laroia, founder and CTO of Flarion Technologies, now Qualcomm Flarion Technologies, in a roundtable discussion.

The symposium will explore innovation in telecommunications and the widespread use of wireless communications and other technologies. The presentations will address how technology has changed the way we communicate today and how we will communicate tomorrow.

This event will be preceded by the Innovation Hall of Fame induction ceremony, during which we will honor Clark School alumnus Rajiv Laroia for his outstanding contributions to telecommunications. All who plan to attend the White Symposium are welcome to join us at 4:30 p.m. in the Innovation Hall of Fame for this induction ceremony.
