WIE Welcome Reception for First Year Students

On September 3, 2008, the Women in Engineering Program will host a Welcome Reception for first year women. Contact us for more information.

WIE Program wins National Award!

Girl Scout Engineering Saturday (GSES), a University of Maryland Women in Engineering Program, has won the 2008 National Engineer's Week Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day Award!

The fall GSES program will be held in early October. Visit the GSES website soon for more information.

Summer 2008 Women in Engineering Newsletter

The WIE Newsletter is now available online! This edition focuses on success stories. If you have ideas for interesting stories, please share them with us!

Women's Community Website Launched

A new addition to the Clark School website called "Women's Community" has been launched and lists the Clark School's women faculty, staff, students and alumni.
The site also highlights accomplishments as well as providing resources.
