DT Howarth

Being a nut about organization and having the head for math lead me to what my high school teachers saw as my obvious career path toward engineering. I also always thought it would be awesome to work with level 4 biohazard viruses (read The Hot Zone), so bioengineering it is. This summer, I worked with high school kids who had similar aspirations. We spent two weeks discussing and working with engineering in everyday life, and I even found some of my own questions addressed by helping kids find their answers. When I'm not in class or working, you can find me on the intramural soccer fields, singing with friends from various acapella groups, hitting the gym, chilling in Meredith's office, tutoring the Varsity teams, lazing on the mall if the sun's out, or playing air hockey in the TerpZone.
