A Walk for Education Program is an international effort to encourage and promote math and science education within underrepresented groups. During AWFE, members go into neighborhoods to promote the value of education-especially math and science education-for secondary and post secondary students. AWFE serves to promote the T.O.R.C.H projects in cities across membership locations, including our partnership with Intel at the Intel Clubhouses. It will be an all-day that will be held on Saturday, April 25th in the following locations: Richmond, VA, Washington, DC, Releigh, NC, and Philadelpia, PA.
