More About the Chapter
Meetings
Interested in meeting other ASCE members and companies that are looking to hire? Our monthly meetings start with an ASCE General Body Meeting (GBM), followed by a presentation from an engineering employer, and then free dinner. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings; please come and join us! Dress is casual and resumes are always welcome.

Lounge
We are located in 1103 Glenn L. Martin Hall, upstairs near the eatery seating. Here, ASCE, XE, and ABC members gather at any time of the day to socialize or to work on homework. We have couches, three large tables, and a computer for members to use.

The ASCE Student Chapter at the University of Maryland works closely with Chi Epsilon (XE), the National Honor Society in for Civil Engineering students.
Associated Builders and Contractors
ASCE also works with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), which supports students interested in the commercial construction industry.
