THERE ARE NO SEATS AVAILABLE IN ENES 100/102/220/221 FOR NON-ENGINEERING STUDENTS IN FALL 2009.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 

**This web-based system is the only way to request a seat in these courses. There are no exceptions. Do not contact (in person, via email or by phone) the Undergraduate Student Affairs Office nor the Undergraduate Advising Office, as you will simply be redirected to this web page.** 

Internal Transfer Students
If you are applying for Clark School of Engineering for Spring 2010, you must be admitted to receive permission to enroll in any engineering course for the semester.

ENES 220 Prerequisites: ENES102; and MATH141; and PHYS161

  • Receiving permission to register for a course does not guarantee a seat in that course 
  • Seats are filled on a first come, first serve basis to students, as available
  • Instructors are not authorized to give students permission to register for any section they are teaching
  • You cannot attend a class that you are not registered for under any circumstances-This is a violation of University Policy
  • You cannot be placed on a waitlist for any section once you are given permission to register for a course. 

 

 

 

~TAKING COURSES AT ANOTHER INSTITUTION~

The University of Maryland and the Clark School of Engineering accept ENES courses on transfer from other 2 or 4 year institutions. Please refer to the Transfer Credit Center (www.tce.umd.edu) for course equivalency and make sure to follow your current College’s process for taking a course at another college or university.
