Your organization's need for temporary engineering support represents an exceptional opportunity, both for you and for our students.
For you, it's a chance to obtain the help you need cost-effectively, from capable, talented students, and at the same time evaluate and prepare possible future employees. For Clark School students, it's a chance to expand their academic experiences, explore areas of specialization, and evaluate a possible future employer.
Realizing the full value of this opportunity is the mission of the Clark School's Engineering Co-op & Career Services Office. We create and maintain programs that promote great matches between your needs and our students. We are service-oriented and eager to help you and our students succeed.
Our co-op and internship program helps you hire a student for full-time summer employment or part-time employment during the school year, with maximum scheduling flexibility. The program features on-line job postings, campus interviews, resumé database searches, information sessions, employer-in-residence opportunities, and many other capabilities. Each year more than 800 Clark School students take advantage of co-ops and internships with our business and government partners.
We also assist you in finding and hiring students for post-graduation employment, in cooperation with the University's Career Center. In May 2004, 81 percent of Clark School students who applied for post-graduation positions with their co-op/internship employers received job offers.
Whether your organization is in business or government, large or small, focused on electronics, energy, construction, bioengineering, nanotechnology, defense, or any other engineering field, the Engineering Co-op & Career Services Office can help you find Clark School students who will prove a real asset, now and in the future. We welcome your interest in our programs and our students. To learn more, please visit the Engineering Co-op & Career Services web site or contact us as shown below:
