Our office will  not be able to process your request until you submit Summer Graduation Paperwork, if you are graduating during the summer. You must complete Spring Graduation Paperwork if you are taking a course during the Winter term.

Graduation paperwork forms and instructions can be found under the "Graduation" or "Forms" link.

Please do not submit this form until after April 20th if you are a Summer Graduate or after November 20th if you will be taking a winter course.

Last Day to submit request is December 11, 2009 by 4:30pm.

Note:
May Ceremony: Students may be granted permission to walk if they only have up to/no more than 7 credits or 2 courses left to complete during the summer sessions.
December Ceremony: Students may be granted permission to walk if they have only up to no more than 3 credits or 1 course left to complete during the winter session.

Please list below the courses that you still need to complete the semester after the Commencement ceremony:

I understand that I need to Apply for Diploma, submit a Graduation Worksheet (pdf), and complete the Senior Survey before pressing the submit request button. I will return all paperwork to the Undergraduate Advising and Academic Support Office 1131 GLMH.

I understand that the approval of this form only gives me permission to participate in the Engineering ceremony, not the University ceremony. My name will not be published in the University commencement program.

I understand that participation in the graduation ceremony does not automatically guarantee graduation from the university. All requirements must be fulfilled and graduation paperwork completed before graduation is certified on the transcript.

I understand that I cannot graduate with 'NG' or 'I' Grades (s) on my record; a grade must be submitted for all courses! I must earn a 2.0 or better to satisfy all degree requirements.
