I understand that the approval of this form only gives you permission to participate in the Engineering ceremony, not the University ceremony. Your name will not be published in the University commencement program.
I understand that I need to Apply for Diploma, submit a Graduation Worksheet (pdf) and complete the Senior Survey the semester in which student finished all graduation requirements.
I understand that I cannot graduate with 'NG' or 'I' Grades (s) on your records; a grade must be submitted for all courses! You must earn a 2.0 or better to satisfy all degree requirements.
